charged with Felony by James Bolton< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in
the C ounty of Middlesex ,Inn keeper
; and taken before me Sir Sampson Wright< no role > Knt.
on of his MAJESTY'S Justices if of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex , this first Day of December
17 83.

Who confesseth that she this Examinant about a Month ago
feloniously Stole in the House of the said James Botton
the sheet, two table Cloths, Napkin, Pillow care; 12 Knives
12 Forks, two Glasses, a Tea Pot and Cream Pot, now produced;
That she this Examinant Sealed the said Articles up in
a Box now produced and gave the said Box with its Contents
to Elizabeth Courtney< no role > now present (who was then at the House of
the said James Bolton< no role > ) and desired said Courtney to take
care of it; That on Saturday morning last she this
Examinant went to the said Elizabeth Courtney< no role > at her
Lodging in Saint Martins Lane and desired the said
Courtney would Remove the said Box with its Contents
so some other Place where it wound be more Secure.
