The Information of William Burchall< no role > , at No. 11
Saint Thomas, Tents in the Borough of Southwark
taken before me this 8th. day of October 1783.

Who being on Oath saith that he this Informant on Monday
coming last the 6th. Inst, went to the Sign of the Green Man in High Street
Saint Giles's ever he this Informant Supped, that about 10 oClock, this
Informant went up Stairs to go to Bed at said house that a person now
present who calls herself Eleanor Mitchell< no role > went up with this Informant
to light him to Bed, that she made the Bed whilst Informant undress'd
himself, when the said Eleanor [..] took up this Informant Breeches,and forcibly
took out of the pocket of said breeches half a Guinea, He this Informant then
seized said Eleanor, when he cried out for help, and this Informant then
thought it most prudent to let her go, for fear dome of her Companions, might
come up and use him Ill.
