The Information of Peter Langhin< no role > of King
Street Wapping in the said County Laborer
taken on Oath before me this 25 Day of July 1782

Who sayth that yesterday about One oClock at Noon as he
was passing on the Kings Highway near Old Ford in the said
County He was accosted by the Prisoner who says her Name
in Christian Gladden< no role > and offered to Shew him his Way
That as they were going along in Company with another women
who the Prisoner called SisterThe said Christian Gladden< no role >
asked this Informant to go into an adjoining Field where
The Prisoner took out of his Breeches Pocket a Thread Purse
containing Four half Crown pieces Six Shilling pieces
and Two Six penny pieces the Silver mony of this Kingdom
that this informant laid hold of the Prisoners hand with
his Purse and Mony in it and Endeavoured to prevent her taking
the same away but was prevented by the other woman
comming to the Prisoners assistance when they beat him and as
he held fast hold of the Prisoner she gave his Purse
with the Monys in it to her Companion who run away
withithis said Purse and Mony
