Taken on Oath before me one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County this 13th day of June 1782
And First the said William Whitcher< no role >
on her
Oath saith that Yesterday about Eight or Nine
o'Clock in the Evening as he was passing thro'
Catherine Wheel Alley
in the said Parish
of Saint Mary White< no role >
Chapel he was Assaulted
Seized hold of and forciably Dragged into
a House in the said Alley and being Intoxicated
with Liquor he went to Sleep and when he awaked
he found that he had been Robbed of one Guinea
in Gold four or five Shillings in Silver and one
pair of White Silk Stocking and as he beleives Two Pocket Handkerchief his property
which money and property he had in his
possession at the time he was so Assaulted
and Dragged into the said House further
saith That Ann Quince< no role >
now present is one
of the said Women who so Assaulted and
Dragged him into the said House and was
present when he awaked as afsd.
