me this 11th. day of October 1782
Who being upon Oath say, and first the said William
Fairbrother< no role >
says, that between the hours of six and
seven last Night he Padlocked up his said Masters
Wine Vault and Coach House and left the same very
secureAnd the said John Dearing< no role >
says that about
3 o'Clock this morning he apprehended a person now
present who calls himself James Marlow< no role >
in the
said Wine VaultsThat the Padlock on the outside
of the Door appeared to have been broken off and
the said James Marlow< no role >
was standing in the Coach
HouseAnd the said William Fairbrother< no role >
further
says that he doth verily believe from the above and
other Circumstances that the said James Marlow< no role >
broke into the same with intent to commit felony
therein
