This Informant upon his Oath
saith that in the night time of the
13th. Day of October last
as he verily
beleives there was taken out of his
Barn at South Mims aforesaid Three
Bushels and upwards of wheat his
Property and that he has just
cause to suspect that the said
wheat was Stolen out of his Barn
by one Thomas Smith< no role >
the said
Thomas Smith having sold to one Mr
Thomas Baycock< no role >
the same Quantity
of wheat which was stolen from this
Informant.
