taken before and one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Jane Still< no role > for herself saith that
she Lodges at the Sign of the Coach & Houses in
Maddex Sheet Saint George Hanover Square sheet
in October, last a person now present who calls herself
Susannah Berry< no role > otherwise Bristow come to Lodges
with her and continued with her untill the Tenth day
of Janury last that this Informant had locked
up in Trunk in another Box appear purse & a piece
of Cloth containing therein fifty three Guineas and
and one half Guinea two Portugal pieces of gold
coin called thirty six shilling pieces and four
Guineas in half crown pieces and one Shilling
in Silver that this Informant went out about
Ten o'Clock in the morning of the said Tenth day
of January & last the said Susannah in the
Room and returned about five o'Clock in the
afternoon and found the said Susannah gone
and never sand her any more untill she was
apprehendedby theon the 13th. of July instant
that this Informant abut that weeks afterwards
missed some money out of her Drawers upon which
she went and searched her Finish said found all her
Money taken and carried away that the Green person
now produced she verily believes is the same in
which part of the said Gold was in which was
taken and carried away as above described
this Informant is certain that no other person was
in the said Room from the time she last saw
her money to the time of her Missing the Money but
the said Susannah Bury otherwise Bristow
