two persons now present who call themselves

had got a Horse to sell & asked this Informant
if he would sell him [..] to which he agreed upon
which Pyer and this Informant went to the other
side of Blackfryan Bridge and the said John
Roney< no role > presently joined them with a Strawberry
Coloured Mare they all three went together with
the Mane to Newington when the said John Roney< no role >
first came up with the Mare He and the said
Robert Pyers both of them told this Informant
that three Guineas & a half was the price he might
Sell the said Mare for that they all three came
together with the Mare from Newington over London
Bridge that they rode her in Turn that John Roney< no role >
near upon the back of her in Newgate Street where
the other Informant Robert Hunt< no role > enquired of
this Informant if the said Mare was to he sold
that this Informant continued in Freely about the
price of the said Mare from Newgate Street unto
the entrance of Smithfield Market during all
which time the sd John Roney< no role > rode the said Mare
& the said Robert Pyer< no role > followed at a little Distance
behind that at the entrance of Smithfield Market
this Informant agreed with the sd. Hount to take
three pounds & eight Shillings for the Mare when
the sd Hunt asked him if he would Toll the Mare
& if he had a Voucher upon which he answered Yes
and produced the said Robert Pyer< no role > as the Voucher
who entered his Name as such in the Toll Book
of the said Market and the said John Roney< no role > delivered
the said Mare to the said Robert Hunt< no role > & this Informt
& the said John Roney< no role > went home with the said Robert
Hunt< no role > & received the Money [..] & then they returned
to the Coach & Horses in Kirby Street Hallon Garden
where they found the sd. Robert Pyer< no role > when this Informt
paid the [..] Money to the said
