taken before me One of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that about 12' oClock
at Night on Tuesday last he was picked up. by
a Woman now present who calls herself Catherine
Hewitt< no role >
in Mon month Street St Giles and he went
with her to her Lodgings in Dyot Street
& went into
a Room up two part of Stairs & she fastened the
Room Door. this Informant saith that when
he went into the said Room he had in his Beddches
Pockets some Silver Coin a Silver watch & in the
Breast of his Shirt a Silver Buckle set with
Garnets and a Linen Handkerchief in his Coat pocket
and he went to Bed with the said Catherine Shewitt< no role >
& laid his Breeckes under the Bolster of the Bed
with his Watch & Money in his pockets & he went to
sleep. that he a waked & got up between Seven & light
o'Clock in the Morning & found his Breeches under
the Feet part of the Bed & upon searching them he [..]
his Watch & Money had been Stolen his Breast
Buckle & Handkerchief taken away the said Catherine

continued in Bed & the Door was fast
this Informant searched about the Bed but could
not find any of the said things but this Informant
and puts & verily believes that the said Catherine
Hewitt< no role >
is the persons who stole the said severel
