The Information of William Kitchin< no role >
Elizabeth Spencer< no role > Thos. Hocoes Bedell
Mashall John Long< no role > Joseph Rutherford< no role >
Wm. Stalkes< no role > & Richd. Jones< no role > taken before me
One of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County

Who severally being upon Oath say and first this
Informant Wm. Kitchin for himself saith that
a till he before 9'o Clock last Night he and the
other Informant Elizabeth Spencer< no role > were walking
together on the New Road near Mary Le Bone
Turnpike they were attacked by two Men
One of which is a Person now produced who
call himself Benjn. Johnson< no role > who came up to
this Informant in the pistol & put it to his head
& bid him stand & deliver his Money & to make no
Noises if he did he would blow his Brains out upon
which he [..] lived him two Shillings then the
sd. Benjn. Johnson< no role > say'd damn you you have got
a Watch I know you have then the said Johnson
put his hand to this Informant Breeches & look
the Silver Watch now produced out of this Informt.
Pocket. they say'd if you turn back or make any
Noise he would blowyourhis Brains out the
other Man attacked the other Informant Elizabeth
Spencer
< no role > & Robbed her of a Silk Hand kerchief
& some half pence this Informant and the said
Elizabeth Spencer< no role > . then timed break again
towards the Green Man when this Informant
met the two Man now present who call themselves
Thos. Hiscox Penalds Monk & told them that he take
other Informt. Elizabeth Spencer< no role > had been Robbed
by two Man who was first before Hiscox & Monk
then said that they had met them upon which
this Informt. the sd. Hiscox & Monk & two other
Man who came up pursued the said two Man
into a field at the back of the Green Man in the
New Road where this Informant last them away
a parcel of stones. but some little time afterwards
saw the said Benjamin Johnson< no role > pulled out of a
Silver in the said FieldAnd this Informant
Elizabeth Spencer< no role > for herself saith that she
was in Company with the other Informt. at the
time & Place abovementd when they were attacked
