The Information of Thomas Bradshaw< no role > of Prescott
Street< no role > Goodmans fields taken before me this
22nd day of July 1772 .

Who being upon Oath says that he has known a Person now
present who calls himself Thomas Liberty (by the name of
Thomas Tymperley< no role > ) eight or nine Years, Says that about three
Years ago he this Informant saw the said Thomas Liberty otherwise
Tymperley in Custody at Manchester charged with House breaking
Says he was afterwards Informed that the said Thomas Liberty
otherwise Tymperley was cast for Death at the Assize following
at York, but was afterwards Transported, Says he doth verily
believe and Suspect that the said Thomas Liberty otherwise
Tymperley is Feloniously Returned from Transportation
before the Expiration of the Term for which he was transported.
