made Answer that it proceeded from fighting with the

this Informant upon his Oath doth say that he verily and in truth doth believe
and Suspect that the said Charles Green< no role >

his said Stable and did feloniously steal therein, and take and Carry
away his said Horse together with the Saddle and a London made
Silver plated Bitt and Bridoon Bridle made by Carr; the property
of him this Informant.
