that he received twenty Shillings from Trinquent
for the abovemd. Goods & the said Jackson declared
that he was not with Mc. Guire when he received
the Money and that Mc. Guire told him that he
had received but fourteen Shillings And this
Informant John Trinquent for himself saith
that either on Sunday or Monday Morning last
(but which of these Days here not certain) about
Six o'Clock the abovenamed Jackson & Mc: Guire
brought the before mentioned Goods and left them
at this House and about the two o Clock on the same
Day they were brought the said Mc: Guire
came and this Informant paid him twenty
Shillings & two Pence for the said Goods being
after the Rate of Nine Pence Per PoundforAnd
