Who being upon Oath says that he found two Napkins now produced
in the Lodgings of John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.

that he likewise found a loaded Pistol in thePistolPocket of
the Said John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.

were taken into Custody the Said Sarah
Hill< no role >
desired a Woman to bring to her the Cloth which lay on the
Table andthatSaid there was likewise another, and further
says that when he this Informant went afterwards to Search the
said Lodgings he found one of the Napkins now produced on the
Table, and that he found a leaded, Pistol and a Chizel now produced
in the Pocket of a person now present who calls himself
