The Information of Ann Everett< no role > taken
before me this 16th. day of December
1769

Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Evening last about six
o'Clock she saw William Moddy now Present John Settle< no role > now present and
one John Jones< no role > , a person who goes by the Name of Little Butcher and
two or there others going into St. James's Park andat Storey's Gate, that
the said persons were not in their usual Dress and Appearance but
were disguised and that the Said William Moody< no role > had a Pistol under his
Coat which she saw when he kissed her and that the others had Some thing
under their Coats, that the said William Moody< no role > and John Settle< no role > both
said they were going out to get Money, that they all went together up the
Bird Cage Walk , that on Monday Morning about eleven o'Clock she
this Informant went to Mrs. Hayden's the Sign of the Hole in the Wall
where she saw the Said William Moody< no role > the said John Settle< no role > and the Said
John Jones< no role > , that the Said William Moody< no role > asked this Informant to go and
See a Bull which they keep & that one Margaret Carryl< no role > went with
them, that the Said William Moody< no role > shewed this Informant a Watch
with a Gold Chain and three Seals in the Stable where the Bull
is kept which Watch the Said William Moody< no role > said he had got on the
Sunday Night towards Chelsea and also some Money, that the
said William Moody< no role > & this Informant afterwards went into
the said Mrs. Hayden's house where the Said William Moody< no role >
shewed the Said John Settle< no role > the said Chain and Seals keeping
the Watch in his hand and saying they would buy Some new
Cloaths, that the said John Jones< no role > also looked at the said Watch and
Seals and that they all three talked together and laughed about
them, that on Wednesday Night last she this Informant was at the
White Swan in Old Street near Old Street Church where the Said
William Moody< no role > and thand the Said John Settle< no role > were also
Present, that the said William Moody< no role > and John Settle< no role > quarrelles
and that John Settle< no role > threatened to turn Evidence about the
Robbery they committed on Sunday Night, that the said William< no role >
