The King agt. George Tremble< no role >

William Cook< no role > of Wood Street in the City of London
Jeweller maketh Oath that George Davies< no role > of
Hanover Stree t in the parish of Saint Martin
in the fields and County of Middlesex is a
Material Witness to be Examined on the behalf
of the said Prisoner on the Tryal of two severall
Indictments preferred against the said Prisoner
by James Lockart< no role > Esqr. and Thomas Whetham< no role >
Esqr. And this Deponent further sayth that
the said George Tremble< no role > cannot safely proceed
to the Tryal of the said Indictments without the
Testimony of the said George Davies< no role > And that he
this Deponent hath been at the said George Davies< no role >
place of Abode in order to Subpcena him to
Attend the said Tryal of the said Indictment and
was informed by the said George Davies< no role > 's Wife
that he was not in Town nor would be untill
the Middle of next Week And this Deponent
further sayth that he believes he shall be able
to Subpoena the said George Davies< no role > to attend asd [..]
the next Sessions on the Tryal of the said
Indictments
