Jeweller Maketh Oath that being served the Night before last
with the paper hereunto annexed purporting
to be a Subpena Tickett requiring this
Deponents Attendance at the Old Bailey this
Day to give Evidence in the Matter therein
Mentioned That in Obedience thereto hewas
Attended and an going out of Court Indicately
after the said Tryall was over he was arrested
by one of the Serjeants at Mace and now
remains in his Custody and Saith that he
Attended at the Old Bailey Sole by in
Obedience to the said Subpena moses Levy.
