The Information of Andrew Mr. Carthy< no role > , Thomas
Wilson< no role > and Peter Peele< no role > taken before me this
31st. day of October 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Andrew for
himself says that last Monday Morning about six o' Clock he was at
the house of the said Thomas Wilson< no role > , that a person now present
who calls himself James Galer was there likewise drinking Bear
and that he sat by this Informant, that he this Informant has
a Silver Watch now produced Stolen out of his Pocket and that
he does suspect and verily believe that the said James Galer< no role >
did Steal his said Watch, And the said Thomas Wilson< no role > for himself
says that he saw the said Andrew Mr. Carthy and the said James
Galer< no role > at his house at the time above mentioned, and that he
does verily believe the said Andrew had then a Watch in his
Pocket as this Informant saw a Watch Chain with a Seal hang
out of his Pocket, and the said Peter Peele< no role > for himself
says that on Monday last about 11 o' Clock the said James
Galer< no role > now present pledged the said Watch now produced with
him
