Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Thomas
Fair for himself says that yesterday he went to dine at the
said Benjamin Dawson< no role >
's and left his Hat in the Tap Room
between one and two o'Clock and that [..] between 2 & 3 o'Clock
after he had dined he found that his said hat was stolen, and the
said Golding Cock< no role >
for himself says that he saw a person
now present who calls himself Robert Harvey< no role >
in the house of
the said Benjamin Dawson< no role >
between 2 & 3 o'Clock yesterday &
that the said Robert went out of the said house about ten Minutes
before the said Thomas Fair said his hat was stolen, and the said
Benjamin Dawson< no role >
for himself says that he likewisesaysaw
the said Robert Harvey< no role >
in his housebutat the Time above mentioned, and
the said Thomas Fair for himself further says that he this
Morning saw the said Robert Harvey< no role >
in Wyche Street
with
a Hat now produced on his head which is the Hat that was stolen
yesterday as aforesaid, and these Informants further say
that they do verily believe that the said Robert Harvey< no role >
did
feloniously take and carry away the Said hat
