Holborn Stable Keeper the prosecutor of the above

same parish Victualler Severall Make Oath and
Say And frist this Deponent William Steel< no role > for himself
Saith That Elizabeth Mitchell< no role > is a Material
Witness for the above prosecution and without whose
Testimony it will not (as this Deponent is Credibly
Informed and verily believes) be Safe to proceed to
Fryall and which William Steel< no role > Elizabeth Mitchell< no role >
is as this Deponent is also Informed and believes
now Ill and unable to Attend And this Deponent
William Seller< no role > for himself Saith that the Said
Elizabeth Mitchell< no role > (who is pence but look, after this House) was taken Ill after she Came
from Attending the Jury on Tuesday last And is now
ill keeps her Bed and wholly in able to Attend
But hopes She will be able by the next Session
