to Lady Mary Howard< no role > taken before me this
6th. day of Janry 1768

Who being upon Oath says that two Silver Plates now produced are [..]
property of the said Lady Mary Howard< no role > and were feloniously
Stolen out [..] of her Lady shift's house about three weeks since
says that he suspects and believes Peter Patterson< no role > now present to
have been guilty of the said Felony as [..] remembers seeing him in
his Lady's house the day the aforesaid Plates were Stolen
