St. Giles's Watch House upon Monday was Savings
at Midnight the Landlord of the Noak's
Cork in Dyot Street came to him and told him
several Man were quarelling at his House
and that there was Fit a Arms among them
upon which this Informant went immediately
to the Noaks Cork and apprehended the two
Persons now present who call themselves
Timothy Crawley< no role > and Patrick Swinnary, that
upon his Searching of the said two Man he
found upon she said Swinney the Horsemans
Whip and Watch new produced and the
next day he took the Hat now produced
from off Swinneys head in Clerkenwell
Bridewell and from Crawley he took the
other two Watches also now produced And
the said Richard Stevens< no role > for himself sayeth
that on hearing a Noise in the Noaks Cork
on Monday was Sernight about Midnight
he went in that Mrs. Craswell the Landlady
desired him to go into a back Room where
some Man ware quarelling and would not
pray this Rockoning, that upon his going
into the Room Patrick Swinney< no role > one of the
Prisoners now present [..] attempted to Kick
up his Heals upon which he endeavourd
