Who being severally upon Oath say
and first the said Thomas Sadd< no role >
for
himself sayath that on Monday the 28th
day of December last this Informant
having been in Essex on Horseback
and returning back through the City Now
Road about Seven o'Clock in the Evening
her and two Man walking at a little
Distance before him one of them taller
than the other that upon his coming
near abreast of them that al last of the
two seized hold on the Bridle of this Horse
and presented a large Pistol white as
the same time the shortest knock'd him
off his Horse by repeated Blows seaming
given with a Stick, that upon his
falling this Informant did endeavours to
