Maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on the twentieth
day of this instant May personally serve Mr. Christopher Alderson< no role >
the prosecutor above named with a true Copy of a notice in writing
hereunto annexed purporting that the Defendant James Ingram< no role >
would surrender himself on Friday the twenty Fourth day of
May instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
day at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
and then and there take
his Tryal on an Indictment found against him for receiving
Goods Knowing them to have been stolen and this Deponent
Further Saith that being informed that the Jury for the County
of Middlesex
would be discharged as this day owing to the few
Indictments to be tryed He did yesterday likewise personally
serve the said Mr. Christopher Alderson< no role >
with another notice
a hereto likewise annexed purporting that the said Defendant
would surrender himself in the said Court as this day to take
his tryal on the Indictment found against him as aforesaid
