Taken before me
this 13th.. day of Febry 1765
Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Night last as he
was going from Walham Green
to his Lodgings at little Chelsea
about 11 o'Clock at Night, he was over taken on the Road by
three Young Follows who Walked with him about a Quarter of a
Mile and then feloniously assaulted him on the Highway seen
little Chelsea
aforesaid put him in fear and feloniously
took from his Person upwards of thirty Shillings in Gold and
Silver and his Silver Buckles out of his Shoes, and farther
says that he has Inst cause to Suspect and does suspect and

People who assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid, because
the two first Named Persons lay out of their lodgings the same
Night, because the latter is runway Since and for other
reasons
