Jolly wife to the Deceased James Jolly< no role > say's. That on
Sunday the 7 Day of Decem on the afternoon she heard her
husband Eaveing and makeing a Noise in a Street where they
lodge Called the Hopp Garden and thought him Drunk as he
often was opened the window to Perswade him to Come home but
he would not nor did not come home till 8 or 9 in the Evening
that on Monday he went out and gott Drunk a jack that
towards night she did persuade to come home and have
some broth that she left him a tuesday morning in bed
that in the Evening when she came home he found Sitting up
in the bed with his head Swelled and then he told her of his.
being at Mrs: Matthews on the Sunday and of her pulling him
out of the house She went to Mrs: Matthews a Widnet.
