April in the year aforesaid being an Infant of the Age of Ten Years or thereabouts and<lb></lb>
being Endeavouring to take hold of a certain Chain called a Drag Chain which was hanging<lb></lb>
to a Waggon then drawing by four Horses along White Chapell Road in the Parish and<lb></lb>
County aforesaid It so happened That he the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCOIC65102_n2040-19">John Weller</rs>
