of July in the Year aforesaid having gone into The River Thames
in Order to Bath
himself If so happened That accidentally, casually and by Misfortune he the said

was in the Waters of the said River then and there suffocated and
drowned Of which said Suffocation and Drowning Her the said Pennel Stephens then
and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say That

Came to his Death
