said man called Dirk came to his
Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That The said Man called Dirk
on the Twenty ninth
Day of April in the Year aforesaid accidentally, casually and by misfortune fell
into The River Thames
at Execution Dock
in the Parish of Saint John Wapping
in the County aforesaid and
was in the waters of the said River then and there suffocated and drowned of which
said Suffocation and Drowning he the said Man called Dick then and there died
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said
Man called Dirk
in Manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually
and by Misfortune Came to his Death
