Informations of Witnesses taken at the Dwelling house
of Thomas Hays< no role > the Sign of the George
in the Parish of Acton in the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the Seventh day of June 1786 Before
Edward Umfreville< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys
Coroners for the said County touching the Death of Richard
Ludlowthen and there lying dead as follow.

Thomas Olney< no role > of the Parish of Acton Labourer
upon his Oath Saith that the deceased was
at Deponents House on Monday last at Supper
& seemed better than he had been for some time
having been troubled with a pain in his head
so as to present. his working at times & on
Friday last complained that the Pain
was fallen from his head to his Body.
And Saith that about 9 o Cl. on Monday
Night Deceased quitted Deponents House &
on Tuesday Morning about one o Clock one
John Clifford< no role > called Deponent up and Said
Term do get up [..] a bad Sight poor
Dicks deadSaith That deceased was used
to lay in a Sand house in a brick field in sd
Parish & when Deponent came there he was informedthat byClifford that
sawthe deceased was sitting apparently on a barrow
done to the Door of the Sand House when he came into the build And
