on the thirtieth day of April in the year aforesaid being<lb></lb>
on a certain ladder there one end of which said ladder was placed on a certain wharf there situate called<lb></lb>

and the other end on a certain vessell lying on the river of Thomas It so happened that<lb></lb>
the said William Denney accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and off the said ladder<lb></lb>
into the said River and in and with the waters of the said River was then and their suffocated<lb></lb>
And drowned of which said suffocation and drowning the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCLIC65009_n706-16">William Denney</rs>

there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said William<lb></lb>
Denney in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually casually and by misfortune<lb></lb>
was suffocated and drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Robert<lb></lb>
Artley the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their<lb></lb>
presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first<lb></lb>
above written.</p>
