emplored to Watch Banges for said Mr. Randall) were in<lb></lb>
company together about one OClock in the Morning of Yesterday<lb></lb>
senwright watching the Craft at Queen with Wharf - that<lb></lb>
Dept. left the deced walking along he Gunnel of a Barge<lb></lb>

the Bangemen up - that in about a minute or two after Dept.<lb></lb>
left the deced he heard something fall into the Water Dept.<lb></lb>
immediately returned thinking its wright be the deced<lb></lb>
that on his return he russed the deced - that Dept. and<lb></lb>
one of the Watchman looked into the Water but could see<lb></lb>
nothing of the deced - that Dept. now he deced last Night<lb></lb>
lying dead in Saint Magnus Chuch Yard - that the deced<lb></lb>
was a little intoxicated with liquor when Dept. left him<lb></lb>
that there was on person near the deced when Dept. left him<lb></lb>
as before stated.</p>
