the less in the Ward of Dow gate lowering empty Oil Butts from the Upper<lb></lb>
ware Louse to the Ground floor-that about noon they before to lower about<lb></lb>
and Dept called out to Justice notice to any persons who might be passing<lb></lb>
to take care-that the <rs type="placeName" id="LMCLIC65003_geo918">Rope of the Coane</rs>

whereby the but was suspected<lb></lb>
broke and the but fell down in the Street & presently Dept disordered<lb></lb>
that it had fallen upon the deced who was lying upon She Ground by the<lb></lb>
side of it. Dept says the deced appeared to be dead, and his Head was much<lb></lb>
hurt and one of his Thighs broken.</p>

last Witness lowering empty butts from she upper Warehouse of Mr. Whitwell<lb></lb>
to the Ground floor-That about noon as they were lowering one the rope<lb></lb>
of the Crane brooke and it fell into the Street & presently afterwards<lb></lb>
Dept on looking out saw the deced lying aften the Ground in the Street near<lb></lb>
the butt which had fallen.</p>
