him that he continued to get worse it Yesterday<lb></lb>
Morning the 13th instt. between the hours of Eleven and twelve<lb></lb>
when he departed this Life that Deponent has no doubt<lb></lb>
the aforesaid disorder was the cause of his Death</p>

maketh Oath and saith that about a Week ago he was desired<lb></lb>
to attend the deceased that he accordingly did attend him<lb></lb>
on Sunday Morning the 2nd. August instt. that from his observation of the deceased he<lb></lb>
appeared to be in a Consumption that he ordered such Medicines<lb></lb>
as he thought were necessary and proper for such disorder that he<lb></lb>
attended the deceased about three or four days when Doctor<lb></lb>
Mayers was called in to attend himat the request of the<lb></lb>
friends of the deceased; in consequence of which deponent did not<lb></lb>
attend him any more that when Deponent left the <rs type="occupation" id="LMCLIC65002_occ572">deceased</rs>

he appeared to be somewhat better but Deponent did not think<lb></lb>
