To wit, By virtue of my Office these are in this Majesty's Name to charge and command<lb></lb>
you that on sight hereof you summon and warn twenty four able and Sufficient Men of<lb></lb>
your Wardpersonally to be and appear before me on Tuesdaythe<lb></lb>
Twenty fifthday of November instant fiveof the Clock in the<lb></lb>
afternoon as the House of James Hurt known by the sign of the<lb></lb>
Green Drag are Situate in Botolph alley in the said ward<lb></lb>
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in Charge<lb></lb>
and to inquire on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King touching the Death of<lb></lb>
