the Churchwardens of the<lb></lb>
Parish of Saint Dionis back church London, that William<lb></lb>
Arch (an Inhabitant of the Said Parish, and<lb></lb>
one of the People commonly called Quakers) had refused to pay such<lb></lb>
Money as was duly rated upon him, towards the necessary Repairs of the<lb></lb>
Church of the Said Parish; and We, the said Justices, proceeding according<lb></lb>
to the Form of the Statute, in that Cafe made and provided, to examine<lb></lb>
upon Oaths, into the Truth and Justice of the said Complaint, did by Order<lb></lb>
under our Hands and Seals, direct that the said <rs type="persName" id="GLDBPM30610_n65-4">William Arch</rs>

upon Notice of our Said Order, Should forthwith pay unto the Said Church-<lb></lb>
warden the Sum of Two Pounds five Shillings being<lb></lb>
the amount of one yealy Rates, (duly made for the Purpose<lb></lb>
afroe-mentioned) ending at Lady day last and also the<lb></lb>
futher Sum of Nine Shillings and Four-pence, towards the Charges<lb></lb>
already sustained for the Recovery of the said Dues: And whereas, <lb></lb>

you the said Church-warden with the Assistance of a Constable of this<lb></lb>
City, in the Day Time, levy by Distress and Sale of the Goods and<lb></lb>
Chattles of the said <rs type="persName" id="GLDBPM30610_n66-2">William Arch</rs>

the futher Sum of fourteen Shillings and four Pence<lb></lb>
for the Costs, rendering<lb></lb>
to him the Overplus of Such his Goods and Chattles, if any be, over and<lb></lb>
besides the said several Sums of Money, and the reasonable Charges of<lb></lb>
making such Distress. And for your so doing, this Shall be your sufficient<lb></lb>
