of the PARISH of St. Botolph Witht. Aldgate in the County of Middlesex (where there is a Work-house or Parish-house) according to the Acts of
Parliament of the Second and Seventh of his Majesty King George the Third.

NB It will be most convenient to abreviate these Months thus, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec.
