Trustees of the said Charity held at the School House
in Church Row Aldgate
on Friday the Eleventh
day of this instant June It was Resolved that

the Chairman
on behalf of
the Trustees of the said Charity be requested to
Certify to Mr. Fisher the Vestry Clerk
of the Freedom
part of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the City of London
that they the said Trustees had
that day nominated Frances Watson< no role >
and
Elizabeth Sansum< no role >
for the two Persons to be
presented and recommended by them the
said Trustees to the Vestry of the said Freedom
part of the said Parish for one of such two
Persons to be chosen and appointed by the said
Vestry the School Mistress
for teaching and
instructing the Girls belonging to the said
Charity in reading and plain Work to fit or
qualify them for Services or Apprentices in
the room of Mrs. Elizabeth Howard< no role >

) the late School Mistress resigned
and that the said Trustees did request the
Churchwardens of the Freedom part of the said
Parish would forthwith Cause a Vestry to be
holden in order to receive from the Trustees of the
said Charity their presentment and recommendatn.
as aforesaid and at the same time to proceed to
the choice of a School Mistress accordingly and
that such Certificate should be made by delivering
to Mr. Fisher a copy of the foregoing Resolution
signed by the said Joseph Gascoyne< no role >
