The above is my Answer or Return
"Signed"

The Person to whom this
notice and Schedule is
given is desired put his
Name directly after the
word "signed"

If any Family occupies two or more Houses in
different Parishes Etc the Individuals belonging
to such Family are to be numbered where they
severally happen to reside at the time of taking
the Account.

It appearing to this Meeting that it would not
only save a great Trouble to the Overseers but
that the Account about to be taken would
probably be much more correct if each Overseer
was to take his own Precinct.

Resolved that each Overseer accompanied by
some of the Members of the Committee will
proceed from House to House through his own
Precinct to take the said Account and enter
into a Book to be kept by him for that purpose the
several Answers he shall receive in his progress

The following is the Schedule to the before mentioned
Act of Parliament with the Return made by the
Overseers of the Poor in respect of this Parish
and which was Ordered by them to be entered
in this Book vizt
