be into the joint Names of himself and said three new
Trustees.

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to fix on a
proper and uniform Mode of keeping the Parish Accounts
in future and that proper Books be provided by the
Churchwardens for that purpose and that the said
Committee consist of the following Inhabitants vizt. Mr.
John White< no role > Mr. Samuel Osborn< no role > Mr. Robert Carter< no role > Mr.
John Rea< no role > and Mr. John Binford< no role > .

Resolved that an Inventory be taken of all the Goods
Chattels Linen Etc in the Workhouse belonging to the Parish
and be fairly copied in a Book to be provided and kept for
that purpose and that every Churchwarden going out of
Office do deliver to his Successor such Inventory or a true
copy thereof who is to examine the several Articles specified
therein and to take Notice of the several Deficiencies (if any)
and deliver an Account thereof at the first Vestry which
shall be held after his coming into Office

Resolved that the Vestry Clerk be desired to attend the
Committee at the Workhouse every Wednesday in the after
noon and to keep the Parish Accounts in a regular manner
in Books to be provided for that purpose and to copy fair the
Inventories to be delivered Annually to the Churchwardens
coming into Office And that in Consideration of the
great additional Trouble and Labour of the Vestry
Clerk attending the Weekly Committee at the Workhouse
and keeping the Parish Accounts in future that his Salary
be increased to £50 per Annum.

Resolved that so much of the Order of Vestry of the 19th.
day of April last be rescinded as prevents the Expenditure
of any Monies at the making Poor Rates and that in
future a Sum not exceeding £5..5..0 be allowed to be
expended quarterly at making the said Rates.

Resolved that so much of the said Order of Vestry of the
19th. day of April last be rescinded as prevents the Expenditure
of any Monies at the Examining the Overseers quarterly
Accounts and that in future a Sum not exceeding 1 Guinea
be allowed to be expended quarterly on those occasions.
