thereof under the direction and Agreeable to the
Particulars drawn out by Messrs. Colebatch and
Ponder he being allowed One years Rent towards
said Repairs
Which said several Proposals the Vestry [..]
into Consideration and approved of and Order
Agreements be prepared accordingly for such [..]
