Proposals into Consideration disappeared the same in several
respects but most particularly to it's being left to Mr Gibson's
Option to build the front Houses of the third Rate of
Buildings and were still of Opinion that Sixty one years
only would be the best Term in the Parish to Let the said
Ground for But thought proper to submit the
whole of the said Proposals to the Consideration and
decision of Vestry, and requested the Churchwardens
to Cause this Vestry to be held to receive their said
Report Which said report being now taken
into Consideration A motion was made that the
Resolution of the Committee for Letting the said Ground
on a Building Lease for Sixty one years only be
approved and confirmed by this Vestry, and the Question
being thereupon put, the same was Voted and
Ordered accordingly

And then the said Mr Gibson's said Proposals for
[..] taking the said Ground on a Building
Lease for such Term of Sixty one years only she being
present) were Read to him and he was asked
whether he had any thing further to offer in
relation thereto, whereupon he desired that in that
in the part of the said Terms or Proposals which
mentioned that all Buildings to be Erected on the said
Ground should be Erected wholly thereon & not partly
thereon & partly on any other adjoining Ground
Party Walls should be Excepted And that further
he would be understood that the front Houses
