Saint Botolph Aldgate London

At a Vestry held in the Church
and afterwards adjourned to the Crown and magpie
Tavern in Aldgate High Street on Monday the 7th.
day of February 1785 for receiving a Report
of the Committee for Treating about. the Vacant Ground on the Eastside of the minories formerly
London Apprentice Yard as a proposal made for taking
the said Ground on Lease

The Committee reported to this Vestry that Mr.
William Brander< no role > had at their meeting on Monday
the twenty eight day of January last proposed
to take the vacant Ground on the East side
of the minories formerly called London apprentice
yard on a Building Leave for 99 years from
Lady day next at a pepper Corn Rent for the first
year and a clear yearly Rent of Twenty five pounds
for the remainder of the said Term payable quarterly
