The Churchwarden Mr Taylor acquainted the
Vestry, that Mr John Keeves< no role >
who was Elected Overseer
for TowerhillPrecinct
on Thursday in Easter Week last,
hath informed him that he is going forth with to remove
out of the Parish and for that and other reasons he will
not be able to attend and perform the Duties [..] the said
Office, nor would it be proper at this time to put the
Collection of the Rate for the said Precinct lately made into
upon him And Mr Taylor therefore desired the Sense of
the Vestry, whether some [..] Person should not now
be appointed to Collect the said Rate and such other Poor
Rates as shall be made for the said Precinct during this
