Reliefe of the Poor of the said Parish

It is ordered by this Vestry that Richard Merriet and Christopher
Meal, Overseers of the Poor of the Lower Precinct (who served
the same Office Last a Year and have again Accepted to served
the said Office this Year) be Exemp't and forever Excused
from Serving the Office of Scavengers within the sd. Parish
