Whereas by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of Robert
Dennett
< no role > and Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices Justices of the
Peace for the sd County Quorun bearing date the 5th Day of March Inst.
Wee whose hands are hereunto Sett being appointed to audit and Peruse the
Accounts of Mr John Bishop< no role > late Church Warden and Overseer of the Poor of
the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlx Wee Do
find that he hath Recd the Sum of Three hundred Eighty Seven Pounds
Twelve Shillings and Seven Pence three Farthings of Lawfull money of
Great Britain and that he hath Disburs'd the sum of Three hundred
Forty Nine Pounds Eleven Shillings and of Like money for the use of
the Poor of the sd Parish So that there remains in his hands the Sum
of Thirty Eight Pounds one Shilling and Seven Pence farthing due to
the Town as Witness our hands this Eleventh Day of March 1730
