Ordered that the said Jack Carter do Succeed his said
Father as Beadle and for an Incouragement to him to be Careful
and diligent in the Execution of the said Office That the said
Jack Carter< no role > have a Sallary of Twenty pounds P Annum
to Commence from the 21st of this Instant and to be paid him
Quarterly by the Churchwarden

Whereas there is a Receipt from the High Constable
of the Tower Division for Nine pounds Nine Shillings &
Ten pence for Conveying and Maintaining of Rogues &
Vagabonds

Ordered and agreed that it is the request of
this Vestry to the Churchwarden to pay ye said Sum and yt
the same be allowed in his Accots
