Ordered that Mr. Churchwarden Mouse Mr. Henry Johnson< no role > and
Mr. Gare and Mr. Dodd to waite on Humphry Parsons< no role > Esqr.
with a Coppy of the aforesaid Affidavit and to report to the
next Vestry his Resolution and Answer to it

Ordered that the Churchwarden may receive of Charles Dike< no role > .
(one of the Officers concerned in Seizing Two hundred and
Seventy barrells of Herrings on the Seventeenth day of Novembr.
last and Cast in an Action brought against the said Parish
and him in the Court of Common Pleas ) The sum of Ten pounds
in money and take his Bond for Twenty Pounds payable at
Thirty Shillings P Quarter upon the payment of which said sum
and Executing of the aforesaid Bond he may give a dicharge
to the said Dikes and that the Churchwarden have power to
make the like Agreement, With Robert Mills< no role > the other officer
