without Aldgate in the County of Midlx One Moiety thereof to the
use of the poor of the said parish and the other to the use of the said
Robert Mills< no role > and Charles Dike< no role > who seized the same.

Now it is ordered by this Vestry that if any Action or Actions
be brought against the said Thomas Loydd< no role > for selling the same
or any thing that he hath acted or done in behalf of the said
Parish that the Charges in Law be defraid by the parish
aforesaid
