the said Annuity or Yearly Rent charge of ten
Pounds or any part thereof to be behind unpaid.
in part or in all by the Space of Fourteen days
next over or after either of the said Feasts in any
Year after the Death of the said Elizabeth< no role > my Wife
that then or at any time after it shall and may
be law full to and for the said Churchwardens
which shall be for the time being of the said Parish
of St. Buttolph their Successors and Assignes into
and upon the said Messuages and other things
charged there with to enter & distrein and the
distress and distresses then and there had & taken
peaceably and quietly to bear lead drive and carry
a way and the same with him or them to deteyn
and keep untill the said Annuity or Yearly Rent
charge of ten Pound and every part thereof and
the Arrearages thereof if any be shall be unto
the said Churchwardens their Successors and
Assignes fully Satisfyed and paid.

In a Codicil annexed to the said Will
is Contained as follows to wit

And Whereas I have given ten pounds
per Annum for ever after my Wifes death to the
use of the poor of the Parish of St. Buttolph
without Aldgate London for certain Sermons
as by my Will may Appear for which I have
charged my Lands in Yorkshire and Bedfordshire
